We have used the CART services of Access Resource for numerous events over the last several years. They have always come through for us, even on short notice. We have appreciated the accuracy of their closed captioning and the transcripts we received right after the events. The owner of Access Resource, Karen Skow is wonderful to work with and we receive prompt billing and customer service. I would highly recommend Access Resource for CART or any other service they may offer to the disability community.
