Company Events

Any of your small or large corporate events can be supported by Access Resource. Our captioners will provide captioning for your audience and a lightly-edited real-time transcript can be provided following the event. This transcript can be saved for internal purposes or edited to share with the group following the meeting. Our American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will provide access for those who use ASL as their primary language. The administrative team at Access Resource is here to provide a well-rounded service for your event as we assist you in meeting your communication access needs.

Seminars

Captioning services and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services for simultaneous events that contain multiple sessions can be provided. Access Resource will schedule and coordinate a team to support your event. Whether your needs include large group sessions or smaller breakout sessions, we can coordinate the appropriate services to meet those varying requests.

Meetings

Captioning services and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting for your team meetings will provide communication access to fit individual needs for staff and attendees. When captioning services are utilized, an additional valuable tool can be provided as the real-time captions can be viewed by all team members as a reference during and also following the meeting when the lightly-edited real-time file is provided after each meeting. Both our Captioners and ASL Interpreters can be requested on an as-needed basis depending on your stakeholders’ needs. We accept recurring appointments and can also accommodate short-notice requests.
